All of our concierges are certified in Pet First Aid through the American Red Cross, as well as being licensed and insured. They are experienced in medication administration, both oral and injections, and have worked with a wide variety of animals, from puppies and kittens to monkeys and giant turtles. Owner, Kirsty Hornbostel, has over 15 years' pet care experience and is a certified dog trainer. She is currently working on her cat grooming certification through the National Cat Grooming Institute of America.
