About the business
My primary focus it to design a fitness program customized to your specific goals and abilities while considering your safety and well-being. I like to get to know my clients first and their current state of health. I do that by administering a fitness assessment which includes body composition, flexibility, posture and movement patterns, and physiological testing. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and I hold a current CPR/AED certification through the American Heart Association. I have a passion for health and fitness and helping others achieve and/or maintain their fitness goals. No matter what your physical abilities are, I can help you move and feel better. I am a mobile trainer with my own equipment and can conduct fitness sessions in the privacy of your own home.
