I start by assessing posture, flexibility, movement patterns, and I take basic physiological assessments such as blood pressure and resting heart rate. From there, I will plan a program to meet both your short term and long term fitness goals while keeping your safety and well-being in mind. I have a passion for fitness and I like to keep you engaged and challenged by introducing a variety of modalities that will best fit your needs.
