We offer specialized care for patients who have a life-limiting illness and provide guidance and education for both patients and families about hospice care. We provide palliative care, which focuses on making patients as comfortable as possible through symptom management, as well as a wide variety of services for patients and their loved ones. We offer skilled nursing, home health aides, medical equipment, hospice-related medical equipment to meet the physical needs of patients. We also support the emotional and spiritual needs by providing social services, spiritual care, transitional counseling and bereavement.

Hope Springs Hospice is comprised of a diverse group of professionals who bring a unique perspective to hospice. Our leadership consists of a spiritual counselor and social worker. Our team members have a diverse set of skills, with backgrounds in the arts, alternative medicine and the nonprofit sector, as well as nurses who have extensive experience in hospice care.

Our mission is to provide excellent and innovative care for our patients who have been given a terminal diagnosis. We empower patients and families through education, online engagement, and a transitional counseling program. Our hospice features an End-of-Life Doula program, in which patients and families are able to create how they want the last days to look, sound and feel. The doula allows a space for life review and reflection, as well as legacy work in the form of memory books, videos, stories, and art projects.
