Saw the reviews stating a great experience with the owner...we must have been there on the owner's off day. Zero customer service, and filthy. Person behind the counter was rude. We tried to ignore him...didn't help so we left. The back breaking experience of washing our dogs at home seems more rewarding at this point...

The owner was very professional, caring and knowledgeable about pets. This was my first experience and visit at Muttropolitan, as well as my dog's grooming. I loved the fact that the staff was very patient and skilled in dealing with a nervous pet. I will be back in the future.
