BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH A COACH: A coach can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles that stand in the way, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. In developing these strategies, a coach will help you identify your unique skills and gifts. By helping you make the most of your strengths, a coach will provide you with the support you need to achieve long-lasting change Parents often seek out a coach for guidance in navigating a significant life change, such as a new baby in the family, a big move or transition or a parent taking on a new career or returning to a job outside the home. People also often turn to a coach simply for help in building a happier, more meaningful life COACHING PARENTS: As your coach I will work with you to: Develop a parenting framework based on your values and goals Craft a mission statement for your family Create an individual or family vision board Learn new tools to parent with your partner as a team Become mindful and intentional in your day to day activities with the family Integrate a caregiver, nanny or au-pair into your family culture, routines and schedule COACHING TEENS: In my coaching work with teens we explore the elements of living a life of meaning and purpose. We discuss and learn about the foundations of lasting and durable happiness and the habits and practices that support it. I help teens identify and put into words their dreams and goals and create pathways to develop healthy habits and patterns that allow for daily small steps towards achieving a healthy balance in life. COACHING SESSIONS are scheduled based on the need and availability of the client and are often weekly or bi-weekly, and last about an hour.
