Hello we are Hailey & Britta- Accountability & Skills Coaching Mentors!

As recent 2020 college graduates, our final weeks as college students were 100% online so we know firsthand the stress distance learning causes for the whole family. As we watched school districts move to online learning for the 2020-21 school year, we wanted to provide support to students and families.

We help your student:
-Get organized & stay organized
-Develop a routine
-Get some peer guidance-- we've been there!
-Stay accountable to someone who isn't you

How we do it:
By engaging your student in a weekly 30 minute online session with your student we can help them navigate their workload, create steps to finish projects, and be an ear for the inevitable struggles they will face with online learning.

We provide an outlined schedule at the beginning of the week breaking down study times, homework, projects etc. for whatever is required that week. Next, we check-in midweek to see where they are in schoolwork progress and help your student adjust their schedule as needed to ensure they get their work done. Then at the end of each week, we talk with your student and reflect on the successes and challenges of the week to come up with solutions before the next week begins.
