We work with quite a few property management companies accommodating them on their end of the month turnover cleanings. We offer a free first two turnover cleaning specials for first time clients. Do not ever hire this cleaning service. I bought a Groupon for 4 hours of cleaning. My husband and I are selling our home and I wanted a little extra help cleaning. I called Sparkle Clean right after I bought the Groupon and a nice lady answered and said she would have to call me back because she didn't have her appointment book. I said ok, no problem. After a few days I had still not heard back so I called again, no answer. I tried emailing, nothing, I called again, nothing, I emailed again, nothing. I then contacted Groupon, they said they would contact Sparkle Clean and have them call me. Nothing. Contacted Groupon again, they said they would contact them again and once again, nothing, no call, no email. Nothing. Groupon can not refund me because it's been over 3 days (ah, yeah, try 2 weeks of trying to contact them). Groupon can't actually do anything. I feel frustrated with both Groupon and Sparkle Clean. I will most certainly NOT be going to Groupon in the future for services like this. I am now out $89 bucks, and have no cleaning help. :(
