We hired Spot Cleaning Service of Revere, MA to clean my condo in Peabody, MA bi-weekly. On Monday, October 9th, they came to clean my condo. I left them in the condo alone. When I returned, all the windows were wide open...even the windows with no screens. I then went to my bedroom and noticed the carpet had been burnt to the wood floor (Carpet + padding). I texted Spot Cleaning the image and my concern that no one notified me of the burnt carpet. I also called and spoke to the owner who admitted the cleaning crew had burnt the carpet. He told me that it was due to one of their extension cords. We exchanged several texts and it appeared they were going to have a company repair the carpet. Since then I have not heard from Spot Cleaning. They did not show up for the biweekly cleaning on Monday, October 23rd. I called many times and texted many times to find out what was going on. I have not heard from them.

Spot Cleaning does a good job cleaning. BUT, they burnt our carpet in the bedroom. They acknowledged that they had burnt the carpet and would pay for the repair. I have been trying to contact them and have not heard back. They did not show up for their biweekly cleaning. Disappointed. They think that they could disappear and not have to deal with repair and cost.
