So excited I found this company, they fixed a disaster my kids made in our downstairs bathroom! It was a nightmare but I guess these guys are nightmare Specialists!

The first time I booked them they showed up a day later. Today is the second time I booked them and they promised they'd arrive at noon. They kept pushing the time back saying they were short staffed. Had my guy waiting at the customer's house all day and it's now 9:15pm and after they told my guy they were on the way 2 hours ago, they still haven't arrived. And now they're not answering anyone's calls. This has slowed our entire operations down today and now put us behind for the week. This has been the most unprofessional company I've dealt with so far. And I've used several cleaning companies. Don't waste your time with this company. They can't seem to get to an appointment on time.
