.Poor management, not only do they under pays their employee's they also treat their staff bad. I would not advise working for them unless you like being talked to like trash and don't mind working your tail end off for free. They do a 60 / 40 split and you pay for your own gas, cleaning supplies, and you are not paid for driving time or your mileage to and from each job the job site, 40% off the top of each job going to the company and the remaining 60% is paid to the staff on each job and it is split between the total number of staff sent to each job done. So if the job paid $100 you have $60 available to its staff for the job and you could be splitting it between two or more employees. So after you pay for your own supplies and gas to get to the job you are only going to be paid $30 for before taxes that you will paying yourself after you have spent no less than two to four hours in labor doing the job so you will not even make minimum wage for your time and labor . I would not recommend working for them not only based on this but also due to their management having a poor attitude and unethical skills when dealing with its staff. So unless you want to work for free and be treated like crap by someone with a bad attitude who will take her problems out on you who thinks she is never wrong who will call you names I would not recommend working for them nor hiring them either due to their unfair payment to their contract labor on their staff.
