Labby Lane kept my 3 the week of Memorial Day. I picked them up on Saturday, looks like they may have been over booked as they had dogs in portable kennels. This was not our first time at Labby Lane and we never had any issues until this visit. As I'm leaving with my dogs, the owner shows up at my window and rudely and unprofessionally tells we if I return I will need a bark collar on Max, my 10 year old St Bernard mix and a belly wrap on Bear, my 8 year old Shitz-poo. I was shocked. When I got home I advised Labby Lane they would not be returning. I happen to notice a review for the same day and she alleged she witnessed the owner yelling at the dogs in her care. This should have been the end but the next morning, Max (my alleged barker) came to me for his morning kiss. He does that every morning, he is my sweetheart. After I kiss him, I reach out to pet his head. He flinched from me as if he thought I was going to hit him. He has NEVER done that before. I don't know what exactly happened the week I was away. I know what my fears are. I do know I will never use this facility again, nor will I recommend it.
