Our nanny caregivers go through special training through the American Red Cross to obtain their First Aid/CPR Certification, and their Advance Childcare Training Certification. We provide a customized care plan to fit your family's needs. During our intake, the manager will collect every specific bit of information that mom and dad have to ensure our caregivers will take the best care of your little ones. I use HomeAideLLC for my childcare needs. I have a 17 month old and a 7 year old. I call my caregivers my "life assistants." They come to my home about an hour before I have to leave for work and to take my 7 year old to school. I come home from work about 5. They are amazing with both children- sweet, patient, loving, caring, kind. They follow my healthy eating requests, limited screen time, education, and discipline rules. They help me with light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, meal preparation - and even pet care! I do not know what I would do without my girls. I love that my family is well taken care of and safe in my own home.
