About the business
Are you operating in the old parenting paradigm?
Here are some signs:
Comparing yourself to other parents.
Yelling at your kids and not feeling great about it.
Wondering why parenting is so difficult for you.
Doing everything for your kids and neglecting yourself.
Trying to discipline but not having success.
Experiencing recurring issues, and nothing seems to work.
Wishing your relationship with your child was different.
Being a parent is just as much about you as it is your child.
Our children are born to give us our own inner transformational journey.
You have way more influence on your child's behavior than you may think.
It has nothing to do with control and everything to do with the way you see your child and your role as a parent. One of THE most empowering ah-ha moments my clients have is this: When you shift, they shift.
Are you ready to shift?
Conscious, Heart-Centered Parenting transforms your relationship with your child to one of mutual respect, admiration, and trust.
It gives you a methodology for navigating challenging situations in ways that meet your needs and your child's needs.
It teaches you how to be curious about your child and understand that parenting is a mirror for you to learn, become more aware, and transform.
It allows you to guide your child in becoming an independent, confident, and empowered human.
My private coaching program is for parents who are ready to:
See themselves as a partner in their child's life, instead of imposing our authority over them.
Embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-reflection.
Get themselves out of the way of their child's natural brilliance to shine.
Encourage their child's authentic self by embodying their own authenticity.
Change the way they view discipline and practice a new approach.
Take ownership for the relationship they have with themselves and their child.
Let's head toward an easier, more enjoyable and fulfilling relationship between you and your child.
Here are some of the results you can expect:
Solve everyday problems with effective tools and tips.
Meet your needs and your child's needs at the same time.
Relate to your child with more patience, presence, and compassion.
Shift patterns and beliefs that may be getting in the way of authentically connecting with your child.
Smooth out areas of your parenting where you feel like you're not as successful.
Bring more awareness to how you can support your child in becoming an independent, confident, and empowered human.

Meg has supported thousands of parents in navigating issues with their children and creating the quality of relationships they long for.
During her 30 years as a teacher, Meg's insight and heart-centered approach were regularly called upon by parents and teachers alike. If chaos could not be calmed, she found a friendly way, and she made it look easy.
For 12 years, Meg owned BeLoved, a Montessori School in West Linn, Oregon.
While teaching and managing the school, she also led parent coaching classes on a variety of topics, such as intuitive toileting, conscious discipline, peaceful mornings and sleep, the child's need for consistency and routine, creating the home environment for independence, and more, She also taught 50 of the 250 required credit hours of a Montessori Teacher Training program.
Meg helps parents (and expecting parents) transform their relationship to parenting, to their children, and often to themselves via her private coaching program and online courses.
Always learning and growing herself, in 2019 Meg completed the Conscious Parenting Method Certification Program with Dr. Shefali, a clinical psychologist, New York Times best selling author, and author of three books. Dr. Shefali's approach to parenting has been acclaimed by Oprah, Eckhart Tolle, and the Dalai Lama. Meg has been practicing a philosophy similar to The Conscious Parenting Method for years, and the training brought a new depth of wisdom that she now offers to her coaching clients.
Meg is endlessly grateful for her two beautiful grown daughters and never stops learning from them.
Her oldest has managed to travel to over 50 countries and genuinely loves spending time with mom. Her youngest daughter is following in her mom's footsteps and has 9 years of teaching experience. She aspires to support parents one day, too. On Mother's Day, Meg gives her daughters cards saying, "I can't believe I get to be in your lives!" The love and connection she has with her daughters is an inspiration for helping other parents find their own authentic relationships with their children.
