Gold Coast Doulas main objective is to ensure the new mother is rested and relaxed so she can bond with her baby. Postpartum Doula care includes:
Emotional support for the mother and family
Time to shower, nap or have a cup of tea alone
Meal preparation

Sibling care & tools for sibling adjustment to the new baby
