As a DONA trained postpartum doula, I provide judgement-free, evidence-based services to moms, infants and their family's in the greater-Grand Rapids area. Postpartum services include, but not limited to, newborn care techniques, sleep/soothing techniques, role adjustment & sibling transitioning, breast & bottle feeding support, meal preparation, light household organization, assistance with errands/outings, access to community resources/referrals, promote physical & emotional well-being, recognition of postpartum emotional issues, etc. I look forward to supporting you in your motherhood journey!
