I couldn't have asked for a better experience, from the staffs timing to their professional habits... they get it done.

Have our 3 dogs on a half day hike 3 times a week, trust me.... well worth the money. Imagine your dog napping hard... multiply it by 1,000 and then call them up so you can finally give your pup some freedom and yourself some R&R!

It makes me sad to write this review but I feel compelled to since pets are like family. I used Godog when I first moved to North Andover. Initially everything seemed fine but after about a month things didn't seem right. My dogs dog walker was changed without any notice because the owner decided to take an extended vacation (4+) weeks without telling me. That is fine but at least give a heads up when things change. The substitute dog walker was taking payment for twice a day and only came once, even after he was spoken to by the owner. If that isn't bad enough, when the owner returned he didn't show up at all ome day (and didn't bother to call or text) because he claims he was in a car accident. Things happen, I get it. But then after that when I gave him another chance he (THE OWNER) did the same thing and claimed to be coming twice and only came once yet took payment for twice. What gets me the most upset is that I was dropping my dog off with my handicapped father everyday and that is where they were picking her up. When my dad would tell me that they only came once and I would ask them they would lie and tell me they came twice. They were taking advantage of the fact that my dad was handicapped and older and lying making me think he was not remembering correctly. And they never returned my keys after firing. Don't trust these people, yes they are good with dogs but they are dishonest and take advantage of people love of their pets.
