About the business
Owned and founded in 2013, I have been an avid animal lover since a child. From hermit crabs, parrots, chickens, reptiles, cats, and dogs, I have always had a passion for them. After completing the Animal Care Program at NSCC with honors in May of 2013, I decided to open a pet sitting (including exotics) and dog walking business in Lowell and surrounding towns. Furballs & Featherbabies will watch your pets of all kinds, shapes, and sizes in YOUR own home. Whether you need a 20 minute walk while you're at work or you are going away for the week or weekend... You can be 100%+ sure that your pets are given all the love and TLC you would give them, and THEN some while you are away. Furballs and Featherbabies is a fully insured and bonded company.

I can't remember how long Melinda has been watching our cats for us, but she is terrific! I never worry about them when I'm gone. She is reliable and friendly, and able to respond to unexpected circumstances.

Melinda is amazing, she has been walking our two over powering Labradors for a couple of years now. She is always prompt and is very flexible with schedules. She has done several overnight dog sittings for us within short notice. Her flexibility and willingness to accomodate us has allowed us to enjoy vacation time, without worrying about whether the dogs were in good care. She is awesome and the dogs go crazy when she arrives. You will not be disappointed. Give her dog walking and pet sitting services a try!
