I rely on reviews so let me provide you one. This is a great example of how there is no customer service or loyalty to long time clients! My mother (who passed 10 1/2 years ago) and myself have been customers of this establishment for 15+ years. I have used them for boarding with more than one pet (at least 4 times a year) and daycare with more than one pet. Two days ago I found out that my oldest dog has a cancer mass in his mouth and will probably only be with us for 3-4 weeks. I wanted to give him the best experience for his last days. I just went to drop him and my little one off at this establishment and most of the time there is no one in front for the drop off so I will knock or honk. I was verbally attacked by Xavier today saying ' I can wait as long as it takes like everyone else.' I responded with they don't answer the phones anymore and I do that to let them know someone is waiting. He proceeded to tell me that he was not doing this with me. He proceeded to take the other two cars in line waiting dogs and locked me and my pets out! So who did he hurt here? He hurt the dogs in my car so excited to have a playday, not me. The last time I boarded my dogs 8-28 thru 9-3, I called to check on them and got Xavier who responded to me with, 'if there is a problem we will call you.' I was so taken aback. I responded with, so I cannot call to check on my dogs? This is so unacceptable! I can only assume that the owner Edie cannot get any good help which is so hard for me to understand when it comes to caring for animals, but I guess she will settle for anything.
