I ALWAYS read reviews prior to bringing my sweet 12 yr old anywhere!!! I read more good than bad reviews, but I was very impressed that each bad review had a response by the owner trying to rectify any issue they may have had.....mean a lot to me as a former (2) business owner. When I called to schedule an appointment, very pleasant. When we walked in, the lady said, "This must be Sable!" (yes, we had an appointment, but ....how great). They confirmed everything I had requested and asked if I wanted anything else. She rubbed on Sable a moment (didn't just bring her back), which made Sable (ME) feel that it was OK. She brought Sable to this so very cute room (not a kennel and not behind a closed door) but behind an oh-so cute tiny iron gate. As I was leaving she was talking to Sable and getting Sable something to to lay on. 2 hours later they called to say Sable was ready. When I arrived, they asked who I was there to get. I liked that, so not just anyone could get me baby. They got her, out of the same room they had put her in....so beautiful. Now remember I have a 12 yr old Chocolate Lab that hates for me to brush her....... I met the owner as she was putting a cute bandana around Sable. She talked about Sable's grooming.......a lot of hair and said Sable's butt was still a little damp b/c she got tired of standing. That meant so much to me, they were so concerned with my baby!!!!! I will be back!!!!
