I have had my business, Free Me, LLC for over 10 years. I provide organizing services for both homes and businesses. Services include purging, de-cluttering, organizing, creating functional spaces, shopping for products (as needed), streamlining processes and daily tasks to increase efficiency in regards to your time, money and energy, packing, unpacking, coordinating moves, arranging and supervising services, developing action plans, coaching, problem solving, researching, determining best methods/services that will support daily life, goals, work. Assist with the plans and logistics on how to navigate an acute life transition. Prior to opening my business I worked in acute medical rehabilitation for 10 years with adults and geriatric patients recovering from or coping with a multitude of diagnoses and/or post injuries as an Occupational Therapist and Referral Coordinator. I have assisted many elderly clients in downsizing to move to senior care as well. I also set up home offices for those desiring to work from home. I have assisted in restaurant moves, classroom set up/organization and provided administrative services to small businesses.
