Erika and her husband are very diligent and friendly. They bring all their own supplies. They have high standards. We have to coordinate carefully with two people working from home while they are busy and it runs very smooth. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Erica is the best cleaner! She is extremely trustworthy, always on time, and very honest. We run an Airbnb, so are often not at the home when Erica is cleaning. Not only do we trust her, but now that we know her we rely on her to be our ears and eyes. Erica is a gem. We are so grateful to have found her on care.com!

We enjoyed Erika's cleaning serives very much. They are very professional and friendly. The price is very reasonable and the cleaning results are great: sparkly clean with very nice fresh smell. We have used several others before for cleaning services from either companies or individuals, by far, me and my husband think this is the best we have. Thank you Erika!

My house looked and smelled amazing after Erika and Hugo visited. They were on time, charged a reasonable price, and cleaned fast but not too fast that they didn't pay attention to details. They were very polite and I'm planning on twice per month cleanings for the foreseeable future.

I had hoped and everything sounded great at first but in the last minute I got absolutely no response from the cleaner. Instead of chatting with me about any updates, I receive an email stating that they had another client booked. I agree to move it up a day and wait for 6pm to come and go. I'm giving this service 1 star but I caution others to not use this service since they flake out at the last minute. Worst customer service i have seen in any service industry.
