The folks at Jusalis have been cleaning for me 4 years now. They have always done an excellent job and are very trustworthy. Since I travel often, I even gave them a key so they could access my apartment when I'm on the road. They take care of my things as if they were their own. I highly recommend them!

I discovered Jusalis Cleaning when my regular housekeeper was unable to make it. I thought they did a fantastic job and ended up switching to them for future cleanings. I've had my house cleaned by them a few times now and can say the cleaning has been constantly good. So you're probably wondering why I gave 1 star? Because they were always late or didn't show. The person I was in contact with who schedules never sends out confirmations either. The cleaning team wasn't just a few minutes late either, we're talking hours here. They wouldn't even call to let me know either, I was constantly texting to even make sure they were going to show up! Last month one of the girls was sick, but they didn't even let me know. I had to inquire over and over to find out if they were coming. Today they were supposed to be at my house at 2:30-3pm. By 4 o'clock they still hadn't shown up. I've texted them 3 times, she has read every text I've sent and won't respond. So if you want a decent cleaning and like to play guessing games if your cleaners will show up then this is the company for you!
