1.)Managing & Coordinating residential services Taking care of individuals with learning & developmental disabilities 32 individuals living in 16 different homes as roommates in residential set up .
2.) Coordinating & Managing Medication administration and ensuring licensure from the state and other local authorities and ensuring that all staff members are trained and licensed to perform medical administration as necessary
3) Managing & Coordinating and enforcing policy and procedure in regards to the operation of residential facilities
4) Managing & Coordinating the provision of transportation services to the individuals receiving services
5 ) Managing & Coordinating planning and training care givers Teaching new skills to teens with developmental disabilities in there home providing guidance and assistance in decision making and thought process skills
6 ) Managing monthly bills billing and coding on monthly basis ensuring billable documentation is completed on daily and monthly basis as per the company procedure
7 ) Developing and maintaining positive working relations with circle of supports and other people around the clients
8 ) Manage and Coordinate Health and safety issues at the work places in regards
9 ) Delegating duties and responsibilities and following up of outstanding issues and activities
10 ) Managing and coordinating payroll and time keeping and record
11 ) Manage homes and staffing of home of people with learning and developmental disabilities
12 ) Managing & Coordinating Teaching daily skills like cleaning there home hygiene skills ,work / job hunting and job couching .
13 ) Managing social services and medical appointments scheduling and providing transportation where necessary to and from doctors appointments .
14) Managing and Coordinating in Staff Scheduling and recruitment with the help of HR and circle of support and assisting the service recipients in making decisions on who they work with .
15) Coordinating and Organizing Taking individuals to community activities and orient them into public activities .
16) Applying for public funding services /Managing finances and budgeting issues Keeping up with record keeping including receipting and purchases of food and grocery supplies .
17 ) Organizing & Working with circle of supports and administration to come up with working plans ( ISP) individual support plans .
18) Managing & Assisting and teaching opportunities on Preparing meals . Working with individuals on meal planning and menu planning grocery and shopping list in preparation for grocery shopping on weekly basis
19) Managing Keeping the individuals safe and monitoring access to premises and property
20) Managing & Teaching new skills to teens with developmental disabilities in there home providing guidance and assistance in decision making and thought process skills
21) Managing and Coordinating and Dealing with emergencies and crisis fire drill and tornado drills and all other emergency preparedness
