We had this company for at least 3-4 cleans. Everything was going fine until they used a super harsh oven cleaner that dripped onto our hardwood floors. It ate threw the varnish and stain. It left us with a nasty stain that she could not get up. She was apologetic and told us she would get it fixed for us. She sent a guy over to work on it. He has not finished the work so we still have a damaged floor. We continually try to get ahold of Estella and she will not get back to us or address the situation. We feel we have been more than gracious about the situation and are fed up with the damage and lack of communication to fix her wrong. I definitely do not reccomend.
