I booked an hourly cleaning and the maid did a great job addressing my concern. Customer service is also exemplary because when I asked for additional time, they are always there to address my concern. I love the fact that they always update me that theybare arriving to my house to keep me posted. I highly recommend Emaids of Atlanta

It pains me to ever say anything negative about a local small business, but please do not use eMaids of Atlanta. We used them twice the cleans themselves were adequate but not great. However, the cleaners were friendly and good with dogs so we continued with them.
But one of the cleaners caused $900 in plumbing damage to our home, and the company refuses to address it in any way. We waited politely two months for their reply and insurance investigation only to be denied without any investigation or review of the plumber receipts. We have tried every Avenue to resolve this matter amicably but have now had to file BBB and Comsumer Protection complaints. Accidents happen, but businesses need to remedy harms caused when they do.
