This lady quoted a price to clean three rooms, came and said she needed more time, and would be back tomorrow. She then cancelled and did not show up. This caused problems because it was too late for me to find someone one else and I had people coming on Sunday. I had also turned down another cleaning service because I thought that Dalia was coming. This person is UNRELIABLE. If you need someone reliable, pick someone else.
