About the business
Executive Functioning Coaching goes beyond tutoring and is focused on building skills to produce success in school. The focus is on (but isn't limited to) setting goals, creating plans to achieve goals, self and task management, time budgeting, and coaching through task initiation. Students and professionals receiving coaching are empowered to take the steps toward success with support and the goal is to gradually transfer more ownership to the individual until independence in the management of these tasks is achieved. In my model, I spend the majority of the time in the executive function coaching but also stress other aspects of mental health and well-being as well as physical and relationship health, adapting as needed for the specific needs of the individual.
