Hello my name is Christopher and my wife and I together run our own cleaning business which is called Elevate Cleaning Service LLC. we offer regular cleaning and deep cleaning service. A regular cleaning is intended to help keep your home clean. we will do some of the following things when you invest in a regular clean vacuuming floors, disinfecting and cleaning the bathroom including sinks, toilets, bathtub mirror etc...kitchen cleaning including surfaces, appliance cleaning, trash removal these cleaning tasks are very much included in residential cleaning service it's up to you how frequently you want to do this for your home. our deep cleaning service means on a regular basis, deep cleaning is something you probably will need to invest in, a deep cleaning is more expensive than the regular cleaning. A deep cleaning service will take away your house deep dirt and grime it covers areas not usually covered by a regular cleaning. Deep cleaning your home includes cleaning soap scum and scale from the shower head, taps, kitchen tiles, cleaning areas behind appliances like refrigerator, oven or washing machine, Dust baseboards and doors carefully all over the home etc...a deep cleaning is way more thorough than a standard cleaning service. As many people know, having people in your home is a very intimate experience. Therefore, I was really looking for someone that I could trust in my space and would also do a thorough job. Chris was amazing from beginning to end. I instantly felt at ease about having him clean my home from his phone presence. Chris was highly professional from start to finish, I felt comfortable with him in my home, and most importantly, he did an excellent job! Thank you Chris (Elevate)!

My house was recently flooded , all of my things got ruined and was out of order.. Chris And Ashley Are true angels ,I felt so fret before they arrived I'm truly flabbergasted they were very professional and quick 10/10 in my book!!! My apartment got trashed through misfortune. I had no idea where to start and with workin full time I was full of panic attacks just thinking of getting my place cleaned. Chris and Ashley are the best! Super friendly, non judgmental and they are magic! I was expecting them to turn me away because of how bad the area was! They helped me out and were very thorough! The only cleaning service you need to focus on for heavy cleaning or general maintenance! They are very trustworthy people who care about helping people out! I left my spare key with them, I had lovely conversations with them and so much more that I'm grateful for! Thank you guys for everything!

I'm so pleased with the outcome of my home Chris and Ashley really did a marvelous job, I've been diagnosed with arthritis and I haven't really been able to move around as much and haven't been able to keep up with my daily chores , but thanks to this loving couple I don't have to worry about that Anymore they showed up on time moved swiftly & quietly .. THANKYOU ! I'm truly pleased.. also the fragrance that they used in my home is so pleasant !

These people no-showed on me. Confirmed the night before. I hadn't sent them my address (my mistake), but they also didn't ask for it. The next day they were supposed to arrive at 1pm and when I got in touch they claimed they had asked for my address and had been waiting all morning for a response, but they hadn't asked me. Fine- up until this point I assumed this was a mutual error.
They then told me they could rearrange their schedule to come up at 3pm. We made arrangements about parking. They then no-showed, ignored my texts, and their phone went straight to a messaging service. If they had just said they couldn't come, I could have hired someone else before my guests arrive tomorrow. Do not hire.

WOW!! Who are these people you are Bias!!!! & Very diss honest Rose you are full of lies How could we get to you when you never sent us your address which you stated you didn't! You didn't reply till 1:32pm the next day after the appointment time so we had to move on to our other clients...the next day we waited on your call!! I have screenshots Of everything.We value our customers so please stop with the lies!!! You was so busy with what ever you got going on and you never sent your address this one is on you... you dropped the ball not us!! You never called us just lies!! I just absolutely adore Chris and Ashley. My house was so un-organized and out of order before they came , I was truly impressed with how they rearranged and cleaned my home. What I'm really in love with is the scent , such a pleasant aroma !

Chris and Ashley do an amazing job cleaning! I had a really big job after construction work being done in my home. It was very dusty and things unorganized! By the time they left the house felt very fresh and all areas cleaned to perfection! They are very prompt and truly enjoy what they do and helping others. I highly recommend them and have used their services multiple times!

Chris and Jamie are an amazing team who have done an amazing job getting my home in order! Together they have deep cleaned and organized my home to perfection. DO NOT recommend this "business". Contracted them for house cleaning, they confirmed the night before, did not show up, had disconnected their phone and had blocked me from messaging them. Very shady to say the least!
