Bo Smith is a crook who doesn't pay his employees. He keeps making company after company & failing. He had 4 of us women working for him and we never once got paid. Not a dime. I wasted over 80 hours with this piece of crap & he pretended to close and blocked me on all fronts after he owed me and everyone else two weeks of pay. If you come across this man in the Chicagoland area... RUN! As fast as you can! Do not hire this man! Warning y'all!

The owner of the company Bo Smith is a con artist. He is not paying his employees. If you quit working for him you will not get paid. He is completely unprofessional. He also provides no real cleaning products. He has employees cleaning homes with cleaning products he watered down to save money. Homes and companies are not being cleaned correctly because he is also not training his cleaners, he finds random people to help him "clean" and then does NOT pay them. He has a child in the office sometimes.
