Family owned and operated since 1998 we offer one time, weekly, bi weekly, monthly, commercial and apartment turn over. We charge on a flat rate few by square footage not by the hour. Our references include many local apartment communities and long time residential weekly and monthly services to several Carolina Panthers players, restaurant owners, physicians. Specializing in move in move out cleaning as well with carpet cleaning and many others. Highly competitive rates without any compromise of the work, being the owner of the company I myself am very involved in the field and do much of the work myself with much of our employees also being family. We believe in being very detail orientated. Before there was internet we built our business and customer base from the yellow pages, hard work and word of mouth. We service all of Charlotte and surrounding areas. Thanks so much:)
