I expected more for $212 for 2.5 hours. My estimate stated 2 1/2-3 hrs, but when they arrived, their paper stated 31/2 hrs. That should have been a red flag! I wanted the workers to clean my 3 bedroom window blinds & clean the windows in these areas. A duster was swept over the blinds, ceiling fans, bathrooms, & time was up.
I had surgery & needed help, but I ended up on a step ladder cleaning the top of the windows before hanging the curtains. Basically, just scattering dust & the blinds still needed to be really cleaned. Both of my bathroom's rugs were out of place, a bottle setting on the vanity counter remained stuck indicating there was no actual thorough cleaning.
There was two women, one could not understand or speak any English.
I was extremely disappointed & would never hire this company again. They had a 24 hr. Guarantee, but what purpose would that serve?

Merry Maids cleaned my house two weeks ago and did a phenomenal job! Every person I worked with throughout the process was very nice and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality cleaning service.
