They told me my dog would be dropped off around 3:30. I waited over 2 1/2 hours and the dog is not here. I've called them 25 times and it has gone to voice mail each time. I've left 10 voicemails and no one will call me back or respond to my emails.

Doggie Deuce put a shock collar on my dog "because he wouldn't stop barking."
This was done while he was being boarded. I found out because they forgot to remove it when they dropped him off. He hid under the dining room table for hours shaking when he got inside my house.

Unfortunately this company has yet again failed to properly trained or communicate with their new staff. Once again one of the their employees have left my gate open for my two pit bulls which are not dog friendly. They were instructed since the beginning to call my phone before they came so we can ensure the dogs were inside, but they failed to do that too. If he was confused as I was told. He should have called the office, myself or rescheduled. I find it very disturbing and hard to understand the lack of common sense of this person. He not only put my dogs in danger but other dogs too.

I started using Doggy Deuce six years ago for vet tech services. I had a very sick Mini Pin that required fluid injections. Doggy Deuce came to my house 2-3 times per week and always took great care of my little pup. I continued to use DD when I adopted two dogs. They come during the week to give my pups a short walk and a potty break while I am at work. Over the years, I've used Doggy Deuce for pet sitting when I go on vacation and they've taken one of my dogs to her physical therapy appointments. There have been a couple of times when my dogs were sick during the day and Doggy Deuce cleaned up the mess and called me at work to let me know my pups weren't feeling well. I don't trust my dogs with anyone ... only Chris and his awesome staff! It is total peace of mind knowing that my fur kids are in great hands! They are professional, very personable and go the extra mile for their fur clients (and the pet parents too). I highly recommend them!

I literally do not know what I would do without Doggie Deuce at this point! They are so dependable, flexible, and every staff member I have dealt with is super friendly. Both my dogs look very excited when they see the Doggie Deuce car which makes me feel good about leaving the dogs in their care. I have used the dog walking services, dog sitting and pooper scooper services and I can't think of one experience that was bad. Totally worth every penny!!!!

Chris and his dedicated staff are AMAZING. They have helped me in so many ways. Genuinely caring about the pets they care for. I cannot say enough great things about them.
