Trip's A1K9s helped train our new addition to the family, Ivy, a Sherpherd mix. We had tried for almost 6 months to self-train her, with little success. We struggled mostly with walks and basic training, as well as some aggressive behavior.
Within a span of a couple months with the trainer, Brandon, Ivy's behavior has improved drastically! He has taken an extremely difficult animal and provided relevant and useful information in a down-to-earth way.

Brandon has helped immensely with Ivy's manners, such as making her sit at doorways before walking through, working on her jumping problem, not pulling on the leash during walks, and listening to commands. She has become a much more affectionate and trusting dog since her aggression is under control.
My own behavior has improved too. Brandon gave us practical advice on how to manage Ivy in different situations and how to be the leader. Now I know what signs indicate how Ivy is going to react to certain situations, and have learned how the right way to correct and reward Ivy so that the training stays fun and effective.
Brandon has been such a relief for us. We've learned so much from him and see the time and effort he puts into working with Ivy- he really cares about her and she looks forward to her time with him.
