We decided to give this place a shot for the several trips we had planned this summer. Should of looked somewhere else after the first time when we had a hard time setting up pickup times. But gave her another shot that time when I dropped her off I told her my sister was coming out of town and would pick her up hopefully on Saturday, but she wasn't sure what time she could be there. She asked if she would know by Friday and I said no she has small children she can't know for sure until they leave Saturday, so she asked if she could call her Saturday morning and let her know and I said yes. Then I asked her what time her pickups had to be on Monday to avoid her added daycare fees, she replied 10 am. Well when my sister called her she told her that she only did Saturday pickups if notified by Friday morning and to avoid the daycare fee she had to pick her up by 9am. As soon as my sister called to tell us this I tried to call her back (which I have talked to her several times so she should of recognized the number) she did not answer.
