We are a fully licensed boarding and grooming facility. We take pride in our cleanliness and love for our furry visitors! We try and work with our customers' needs on pick-up and drop-off times. Air conditioned with spacious indoor and outdoor runs. Our staff is A1! We have special pick-up and drop-off times available for an additional price outside our regular hours. We have two pick-up and drop-off times on Sunday available. 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.

I dropped my two dogs off today for a haircut. I asked that neither dog get completely shaved and to clean up their faces. To leave their tails and eyelashes alone. The woman at the desk repeated my requests I had asked for on the website so I was confident they would come out looking great.

I have never been more disappointed in my life with my Bernedoodles haircut. She was shaved right down to the skin including her face and she cut the base of her tail which looks terrible. Her tail normally looks like a waterfall with her beautiful color. She thinned her tail out so much it looks aweful too.

I will be writing a review about your salon and it won't be a good one. I should get my money back because she did not do a thing that I asked.

I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Left my dog for 3 days and he got diarrhea. They never cleaned him or his bed and gave him to me like that. Disgusting my dog had to live like that. They couldn't find his dog toy until a young child in a walker came out Chewing on the dog's toy. Really disappointed! Disturbing...

I've been using Diana's personal touch for many years now and could not be happier with the staff and the love and care they put into their family run business. I feel like my animals are well taken care of every time I have to leave them and when I drop them off it gives me piece of mind knowing that someone is always there to take care of them seeing how they live right next door. Great place and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
