Haley recommend you look elsewhere for boarding your pets. The owners of this kennel are not nice people they are very rude and they do not care about the pets that are in there care. all they care about is money and they have had numerous pets die/sick on their watch because of their negligence and lack of compassion and care.

As a previous employee I can confirm both Rick's and Stacy's concerns. Would recommend looking elsewhere

My wife and I just went there today to check it out and I must agree with Stacy's comments. Not only did the cash deal make me nervous but also I think the owner is running a puppy mill. There were 7 young puppies in the office and the girl said there were another 12 at the garage. Seems very shady, we will not be bringing our loved dogs to this place!!

Huge red flags!! They obviously don't clean the kennels while your dog is there because your dog will reek of piss, even if you pay to get a kennel bath from them. I suspect there is tax fraud or an under the table scam going on as everything needs to be paid in cash or check (you get a discount for paying in cash - huge red flag). And you get a written cheap receipt back. Unfortunately, I have been spoiled by cage free kennels where you need to apply to get into the kennel and your dog needs to be observed by other dogs before even allowed to stay at the kennel - definitely not with Acme Creek! They didn't even ask me to fill out an application or form with any of my dog's information on it! They also give you zero feedback regarding your dog's stay. They just want your cash or check!
