Terrible customer service!! I had been going to Dee's for years before the pandemic and my dogs seemed happy and the haircuts, although inconsistent, we ok. BUT the customer service is terrible. They have not trained the person at the front desk. Her name is Jessica and she is terrible. She always becomes defensive when she is asked simple questions. She is always blaming the customer for issues and, if you speak to the owner, it becomes apparent that no one takes responsibility in that business. The prices keep going up without explanation or itemization and the value keeps goes down. When I asked if she could breakdown the price, Jessica's answer was "well it was higher because you haven't brought them in for awhile." I have had 2 years of snarky, rude interactions with her. The only reason they are still in business is because there aren't a lot of other groomers in the area.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the girl at the front is so clueless and has no idea how to interact with other people, I had to leave. I hope other dissatisfied customers can actually stand up to this business and have them enroll in some customer service training! Especially Jessica....
