Breeder does not stand behind her puppies that have congenital diseases. Refuses to abide by the Florida Pet Lemon Law.

Sherri was talking about liver shunt before she even picked the puppy up. I had the puppy checked at 8 weeks and her liver function was normal. At 10 months the puppy threw up and Sherri called me to say something was wrong. Her Vet did an ultrasound and found all the organs looked normal. I told her I would take the puppy back and give her a larger puppy from my next litter. She saw the lemon law as a way to get two times her money back and keep the puppy. We resolved this through the State of FL after I sent them her Vet's report.
