Paid $46 for a halfway job and the owner had the audacity to tell me not to bring my poodle back because she has 1000s of customers. The owner, Pam, cut my teacup poodle's face halfway so much so that I had to take scissors to all the missed hairs. She cut the poodle's body hair with scissors and it was all choppy and nicked her on top of the head. She didn't clean up the butt or stomach. The only thing she did that was acceptable was the feet. She's rude, arrogant and has all the excuses readily available for not doing an acceptable job. She even had the excuse that her shears were too big...she shouldn't have taken the job if she doesn't have the tools.
