The cleaning service was awesome! The price was good and the cleaning team was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable! I have a wonderful experience and will absolutely use them again!

My experience with this cleaning service was extremely horrible. I hired them for move in - deep cleaning. They charged $180 to clean 2 bed + 2.5 bath + kitchen and an additional $65 for oven and fridge. The oven was still dirty, fridge was dirty on the inside, didn't clean the stove or the microwave from outside. They charged us extra for the fridge and oven and it was barely cleaned. The price included wiping the light fixtures, fans and cabinets in and out - they barely did that. Cabinets still had junk and dust in them. The bathrooms didn't look clean.
I had scheduled them to come back in a week to clean the rest of the house. I called them to cancel and told them how bad their services were - the guy didn't apologize for the service. Just told me he will cancel the next service.
I would not recommend them to anyone. I had a very bad experience.

I used Cleaning Smyrna's team a few months ago for the very first time and I was amazed of their dedication to provide the perfect service. They asked me several times for a feedback and they left just after I was perfectly satisfied of the service. Very good first impression and since then I use them on a weekly basis. Good prices, reliable company, polite team.
