A million times, NO! Run, this company is terrible. I am convinced they are looking to scam people into buying the groupon, then turning away service to them until it's too late to get a full refund back to your card. By the time this BS happen, my only option was a groupon credit. I dont know how it all works on the backend for groupon, but im sure cleanerzondemand got some money from it and they did absolutely nothing. They are worthless.

We saw their move out clean Groupon and called prior to purchasing to make sure we were in the service area and that we would qualify for the groupon. I called and spoke with Princess who took all our info and confirmed the apartment size and location was good to go. I asked her if I needed to purchase the groupon and call her back with the code to hold the appointment, to which she said "no we will get it when we come to clean" We scheduled for June 29th at 3:30.

A few days leading up to the appointment I hadn't received any type of appt confirmation, so Monday before the appointment I called to try and confirm. I got a vm, and left a message. Getting no call back I called again Tuesday(the day before our clean) and spoke with princess who again confirmed the address and confirmed it for Wednesday at 3:30.

Come Wednesday I loaded up the kids and drove the hour back to the apartment to be there to let the cleaners in. 15 mins past the appointment time and I had no one there, and no call to say they were delayed or to be given any update. I called and got Princess. I tell her hey, we have the 3:30 appointment and no one is here, what's the eta. She sounded incredibly confused asking "3:30 today?" sounding shocked. I tell her "yes, we just spoke yesterday to confirm" and again give her my address. She mumbled and fumbled in the background before saying basically it was a glitch with their scheduling system, and I wasn't on the schedule at all. She tells me she has no one in my area to come tonight and asks If my keys are due today, to which I tell her "no tomorrow". She asks me if i can leave the apartment open and promises they would come "tomorrow and knock it out at 10 am" We agree.

This morning, the day the should have been cleaning, Princess TEXTS me, doesn't bother to call, TEXTS me, an hour and a half before they were to be arriving to say "we won't be able to perform your clean...its an hour and a half from where we are...I totally mixed you up with another property"

I googled, the apartment is only 23 minutes away, so bull crap. There were 3 different times we spoke on the phone and went over my address that this SHOULD have been caught had it truly been a distance issue. I respond telling her accommodation should be made given the situation and it being their scheduling and address info mix up, as it's THE DAY KEYS ARE DUE. what the hell am I supposed to do at 8:30, the day of...Zero response.

So we are left hanging, hoping for the best with our deposit. We did a very minimal clean up counting on Cleanerzondemand to pull through.
