FROM A STUDENT'S PERSPECTIVE :
On a typical day, Classic Ed opens at 10:30. As we arrive, we check in and find a place in the sanctuary to meet our friends quietly. Assembly is at 10:45. It's for everyone, even parents. There's information and singing. At 11, we break into groups with our Study Buddies. We talk about what we're learning and invent a project for the day. Then we go outside and play. They call it PE. We get a snack-break and rest. At 1 pm, we get time for quiet study to research our project. At 1:45, our groups come together to share what we've learned. The last 20 minutes of the day, we set our goals for next time. Parents can pick us up at 2:45. My friends want to start a chess club.
