Do not hire them for a move out cleaning service. Very surface level and over priced for doing so. $487 for a one bedroom one bath. Didn't clean windows, vacuum, or clean the oven. I would have rather been given $100 to do it myself. I had to reclean anyways!

I'm sorry you had a negative experience, however the information you relay here is not accurate at all.

> You handed in your keys before the cleaning occurred, so you would have no way to know if it was surface level cleaned and you would not have been able to return to re-clean, as you claim.
> The amount you claim charged is incorrect and grossly exaggerated.
We make sure for move outs that tenants get as much as possible of their security deposit back. This does take time, especially when the units are in such bad condition.
To those reading this review, unfortunately, some people choose to write reviews that are completely untrue for reasons only they can answer. We have hundreds of happy client referrals we can provide.

I have used Certain Clean a few times now and, each time, they have been absolutely wonderful to work with! They are very responsive, have outstanding availability, and do great work once they are on site! Highly recommended :)
