Angie and her crew did a great job cleaning out my mom's house this weekend. It was a big job, and the kitchen especially looked amazing when they were done! Very impressed!

So unprofessional!
I've waited since 11 AM for her to show up, she kept telling me she's running late and kept rescheduling.Finally showed up at 3 pm with an attitude ,that's when i told her I don't need her service. I found another company, very professional, waaay cheaper. I hope people read the reviews before booking

Fraudulent an unprofessional. Owner of ARCCS were not easy to work with horrible attitude. Service was not completed right, left unclean surfaces, greasy residue an cheap products used. Irritated me and my dog. DO NOT recommend

I will preface my review with a little background information. I realize my house wasn't an easy clean and the pet hair in the carpets would have given anyone trouble.
That being said, I can't give a glowing review. Whatever surface cleaner they used left behind a greasy residue that I had to reclean.
I said a had medium-high pile carpet and they showed up with an ancient dirt devil office vacuum. At the end of the day they said their vacuum stopped working and wanted to use mine. Fine, I don't mind. However, they never dumped out the canister and left my vacuum severely clogged twice.
Much the same happened with the carpet cleaning. Their machine couldn't handle my carpet and used my carpet cleaner instead. They put solution in the clean water tank, which I had to clean out later. Since they never cleaned out the canister in the vacuum, the carpet cleaner was pulling up hair that was never vacuumed up the first time around.
They also smoked in my garage, which made half the house smell like smoke for a day or two.
Many walls and floors were either untouched or made messy by something else they were doing and never cleaned up. I had to clean it.
A few positives: the routinely cleaned areas looked great! Bathrooms came out better than expected, my nasty fridge looked almost new. Angie was determined to make sure I was satisfied with the work done, which I appreciate.
All in all, it was not worth the amount of money I paid. Maybe my house was a serious case too big for two people, and I can understand that. Whatever the case, I can't lie and say I'm satisfied.

I was moving from a second floor apt to the basement and never had a cleaning service done before. They did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! Thanks Angie!!!

I am totally happy with the cleaning that Angie did in my home. Surgery has limited my movements but having Angie here I think I will be working with her more in the future.

ARCCS s the best cleaning services that I have ever had. I have tried a lot of cleaning services but none of them compared to ARCCS they were detailed orientated, professional, trustworthy and polite. They cleaned things in my house that the other companies and myself did not. My house shines and sparkles. It also smells Great. I love the apple scented products that ARCCS used.I recommend that you try ARCCS if you are looking for a outstanding cleaning services. I recommend them to all of my friends, family and co-workers.
I hired then for a one time cleaning service but I was so happy with their services that I hired them for bi-weekly cleaning services.
