About the business
I will provide a variety of effective and engaging strategies and methods for teaching elementary level reading and math. I recently moved to Woodstock from Gwinnett County where I taught for seven years, 1st-5th. I have a master's in early childhood education and I am Gifted and ESOL certified.
My most recent teaching experience is with first grade where students are learning the fundamentals of decoding words and building reading fluency. From my teaching experience I have built a solid foundation for teaching reading skills and comprehension. In addition, I have fun and engaging strategies for building and maintaining math strategies.
I also hold a bachelor's degree in journalism.
