With fun interactive classes, Dancer Within provides creative therapeutic performing arts programs in a social, progressive and collaborative atmosphere. We offer the most comprehensive blend of current research-based therapeutic modalities to improve physical, functional, verbal, emotional health and well-being for every participant.

Dancer Within is founded on the principle that everyone can benefit from the opportunity to advance in expressive arts and dance movement therapies. We are dedicated to responding to the needs of each individual so they can enhance their strengths and showcase their abilities. In addition we strive to reach the highest level of physical, functional, learning and communication abilities through individually-designed tailored programs.

Dancer Within offers classes for students of all ages and skill levels including ballet, contemporary, hip hop and theatrical choreography. Classes are designed to enhance poise, flexibility, strength and confidence in individual and group settings. We recognize the physical and emotional benefits of dance movement therapy but we also offer opportunities to advance students in communication and education using the most advanced programs available.

Participants and parents may also attend workshops to become involved with many aspects of health, stress-relief, family dynamics and socialization with our supportive communities. We offer workshops for life skills, support-groups for families, organization and planning, and counseling.

In addition we offer individual tutoring, physical therapy, speech training and resources for those in need of intensive services.
