CareSpotlight offers the following services for residents/patients and their families:

1. Resident Visitation, Advocacy & Reporting:
for families with loved ones living in long-term care settings (i.e. assisted living communities, nursing homes, group/community homes). We can also visit individuals in their own homes and manage their home care services.

2. Patient Visitation, Advocacy & Reporting:
for individuals/families that need someone to visit and advocate for their loved one(s) during their stay in a short- or long-term care setting (i.e. hospital, rehabilitation center, nursing home). This need might arise from an accident, crisis or a planned surgery/procedure.

3. Home Care Coordination & Management:
for individuals that want to remain in their home or move back home from the hospital or a short- or long-term care facility. We can coordinate care and services, and we are able to manage this care/services on a short or long-term basis if desired.

4. General Patient Advocacy Services:
for individuals/families seeking an advocate for medical appointments, medical procedures/surgeries. We will serve as the liaison between the family and the doctor/medical team/facility (per individual/family authorization).

5. Self-Assessments for Older Drivers through the nationally-renown Keeping Us Safe Program. We visit the older driver in the comfort of their residence (i.e. home, apartment, assisted living, rehab facility, etc) and conduct a 3-hour, one-on-one session with a driving exercise in their car.

We also can manage a variety of healthcare situations and connect families to resources.
