Our Services
EVA, Enhance Visiting Association agency will provide personal care assistance for children, adults with mental health disabilities and older adults under the care of their parents and adult caregivers who work and need personal family care services while at work. Children will never be left unattended and adults or older adults will be under the company of a child care development sitter, supportive living assistant or companion when the family caregivers must be at their place of employment. EVA, Enhance Visiting Association all in one family home care services offers a variety of non-medical care services all in the families home environment and community, includes:
Child care development sitters
Adult supportive living assistance
Older adult companionship life support
10-12 hour a day weekly care and assistance
Verbal medication reminders
Emergency First Aid and CPR
Bathing and feeding assistance
Transportation for school age children before and after school under the care of the personal child care worker, this also includes after school activities with the child care worker present.
Transportation for older adult activities and medical appointments with the adult companion present.
Light Housekeeping

Rose Lee, a professional known for result driven leadership in the fields of higher education operations, and 20 years of experience in all facets of educational and career workforce development, early childhood development, non- profit, mental health services, senior care community services, and academia settings.
Lottie Collins, retired community employment specialist supervisor for Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities, and 32 years of experience in all facets of employment workforce training, mental health, direct care, non-profit, and community services. In addition, she has extensive experience of caring for older adults in Arizona while working for Home Instead.
The management of EVA all in one family home care services consists of the founders Rose Lee and Lottie Collins. Both partners will be taking hands-on management roles in the company. In addition, we have assembled a board of advisors to provide management expertise. The advisors are:
1. Katrina Franklin, M.B.A; Director of Business Administration at EVE all in one family services.
2. Tamika Mitchel-Wilson, M.S.W; Wavier Service Coordinator at Care Source
3. Daphne DeLoach, RN; Founder of Serenity Now Healthcare.
