They did a decent job cleaning however, they are slow at cleaning. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a den and one time they took 3 hours! There was several times a lot of things were missed. Like cleaning the shower, dusting off the dresser, vacuuming the corners or sides of bedrooms, leaving the bathroom sink dirty. When this would be pointed out to the cleaners they would report back to the office saying they were doing more "than a basic cleaning" and that's why it was taking too long. When I spoke to Nicole about this, saying things were missed and the cleaners were chatting and working slow; she decided to discontinue cleanings because "it wasn't a good fit" instead of coming to a conclusion. Every time they would clean something would be missed, oh and they just use soap and water in their spray bottle. I would provide fabuloso for the floor, pledge and easy off for the stove. You can't have your place cleaned with this company without supervising them.

I attempted to hire this business. As an insurance professional, I asked them to supply me with a current certificate of insurance as well as a copy of a current bond. I was told that it would not be a problem as they are "certainly insured and bonded"

What I received was a current certificate of insurance but no bond. That request was ignored? After asking twice more for the bond, I was sent by the operations manager a copy of a bond from 2011.

I asked for a copy of a current one and was finally told they were not actually bonded as the manager was not aware that it had not been renewed. In other words, they were purporting to be bonded when in actuality, they were NOT.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

Amazing company with a very professional team, wouldn't hire anyone else and would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing clean!
